Leopardo Completes Build-Out For FBRK Impact House

Leopardo recently completed a build-out of the FBRK Impact House at 200 W. Madison St., making it Chicago’s first innovation-focused philanthropy center, dedicated to serving grant makers, family foundations and investors.

“We’re very excited to see FBRK Impact House open its doors and witness the tremendous effect it will undoubtedly have on the community,” said Leopardo Director of Business Development Will Sutila.

Occupying three floors, the new philanthropy innovation center provides organizations that frequently find themselves working in isolation with an open, caring community and a creative, safe space in which to work. The thoughtfully designed environment provides a balance of private offices, workspace, dedicated desks and meeting and conference rooms conducive to collaboration and allowing for greater efficiency. Dedicated spaces for entertaining and wellness-focused activities round out the holistic vision of the Impact House. In addition to a street-level public work-lounge and a restaurant, members can enjoy an amenities space located on the second and third floors.

“Leopardo is proud to be part of such an impactful project,” said Leopardo Director of Strategic Relations Anthony Leopardo. “I’d like to personally thank our friends at FBRK and the entire team that came together to bring this project to life.”

Leopardo collaborated with FBRK, Fifty/50 Restaurant Group, BOX Studios, RL Edwards Partners and Transwestern to deliver the project.
