Leopardo recently completed a build-out and renovation at the world headquarters of Trustwave Holdings, the leading provider of on-demand data security and payment card industry compliance management solutions.
The multiphase renovation at 70 W. Madison St. encompassed three floors, two of which were an expansion, and included a full demolition of the existing space. Leopardo also added a new staircase connecting the two new floors, a large two-story atrium, all new custom millwork features and new restrooms on each floor.
Leopardo, serving as general contractor, collaborated with architect Partners by Design and JLL on the project.
