Leopardo Promotes Holly Rudnick to Senior Vice President, People & Culture

Leopardo is pleased to announce Holly Rudnick’s promotion to senior vice president of people and culture. Holly will continue to position Leopardo as an employer of choice by leading the human resources functions with a focus on people and culture.

Holly joined Leopardo in 2020 as vice president of human resources, bringing over twenty years of strategic human resources experience. Since joining Leopardo, she has prioritized employee experience, learning and talent. She implemented new systems and processes to support training & development, performance management, and talent acquisition. Holly created Leopardo’s DEI Steering Committee, serves on the ESG Steering Committee, and the Technology and Process Improvement Steering Committee. As a testament to the value of her work and leadership, Holly was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2022 list of Notable Executives in HR & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in human services and psychology from Kendall College. She also earned professional HR certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management.
