Leopardo Promotes Steve Sebastian to Vice President, Residential Business Unit

Leopardo is pleased to announce that Steve Sebastian has been promoted to vice president of Leopardo’s Residential Business Unit. He joined Leopardo in 2016 as a project manager serving Leopardo’s healthcare market before rising to project executive. During his seven years with the company, he has built over one million square feet of construction and has played a key role in expanding Leopardo’s residential business unit and its client relationships.

Steve has meticulously managed some of the most complex healthcare and residential construction projects in the area. Some of his more notable projects include the 103,000-square-foot Rush Oak Brook Orthopaedic Center, the 225,000-square-foot adaptive reuse of an old hospital into the Ravenswood Senior Living residence, and the 364,000-square-foot Sheffield Apartments development in Chicago.

In his new role, Steve will continue to help grow Leopardo’s residential business unit and create a culture of success.

“I could not be happier to see Steve take this role and I look forward to working alongside him as Leopardo’s residential team continues to make groundbreaking strides in our market,” said Leopardo Senior Vice President Mike Mastin.

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Northern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
