Leopardo Promotes Mike Mastin to Senior Vice President of Residential

Leopardo is pleased to announce that Michael Mastin has been promoted to senior vice president of its residential market. Since joining Leopardo as a project manager in 2005, Mike has headed some of Leopardo’s most impressive projects, including the 365,000-square-foot Sheffield Apartments redevelopment currently under construction in Chicago, the 112,000-square-foot Wrigleyville Lofts mixed-use apartment development, the 225,000-square-foot Ravenswood Senior Living renovation and adaptive reuse, as well as the 151,000-square-foot ultra-luxury apartment building off Lake Michigan at 61 E. Banks in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.

Mastin is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and holds a MBA in finance from DePaul University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He brings more than 27 years in the industry and over three million square feet of project experience. As a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the USGBC, he has also been an instrumental contributor in Leopardo’s commitment to building healthy, high-performing spaces.
