From Our CEO + Founder
We’d like to take a moment to address the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in and share how Leopardo is responding. As always, the health and safety of our employees, partners and clients remains our top priority.
Leopardo’s mission to passionately pursue excellence is at the core of what we do throughout our organization, as well as in how we serve our clients and the communities we proudly work within. That very mission continues to guide us during this uncertain time.
Leopardo, a family-owned company, treats its employees like they’re a part of our family. Together, we will do everything to protect who we are and all those that we proudly employ. Embodying those family values, we’ve seen our team and so many others come together and demonstrate profound empathy and a commitment to come out of this stronger than ever—and we are confident we will.
Here is Leopardo’s commitment to you:
- We will continue to do what we do best—build. We don’t come to the office or job site each day because we have to, we do it because we know we’re a part of something bigger. We’re united by the work we do to help improve communities, shape skylines and change lives. In the coming days and well after this pandemic has passed, Leopardo will be there to help do just that—just as we have for nearly 45 years. For now, our job sites remain active, with ongoing measures being implemented to ensure we protect our crews, their families and the general public.
- We are here to support and serve. The entrepreneurial spirit we were founded on is as present and prevalent as ever as we get through these trying times. Leopardo prides itself on delivering exceptional value and innovative solutions to all those we work with. We know that will be increasingly important moving forward. Through strong leadership, sound financials and the collective intelligence and collaboration of our entire team, we will continue to deliver for our clients.
- We remain committed to giving back. We know that many of the causes we have supported through the Leopardo Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, will need our help more than ever. Throughout our company’s history, we have given to deserving charities that promote health, education and the well-being of citizens. Our philanthropic initiatives will continue to focus on causes that will help our communities recover and thrive.
The coming days will undoubtedly present a variety of challenges for all of us, but Leopardo remains united in these commitments.
From our family to yours,
Michael T. Leopardo and James A. Leopardo
