Leopardo Project Named One of Chicago’s Coolest Offices

The Leopardo-built corporate headquarters of Vivid Seats, a Chicago-based event ticketing service, has been named one of Chicago’s coolest offices by Crain’s Chicago Business.

The headquarters features dynamic lighting, large graphics and reclaimed stadium materials that aim to bring the energy of live entertainment into the office. The floor plan also includes nods to local sports teams and an employee cafe, after-hours sports bar for employees and a regulation basketball court.

“The folks at Vivid Seats understand what it means to have a good time—after all, its website is one of the fastest-growing places to buy concert, sports and theater tickets,” reported Crain’s. “Designed by Box Studios and built by Leopardo Construction, the West Loop office is anything but stagnant, with its collaborative and individual workspaces that play on the company’s love for entertainment.”

Vivid Seats was recognized as a judge’s pick in the 15,000 square feet and over category. Past Leopardo projects to make the list include the headquarters of Radio Flyer in 2007, AbelsonTaylor in 2008 and Mintel in 2013.
