Leopardo Completes Build-Out for Waste Management

Leopardo recently completed a build-out for Waste Management at 720 E. Butterfield Rd. in Lombard. Waste Management is a comprehensive waste and environmental services company with locations throughout North America.

The office build-out combined new construction with a renovation of an occupied office space. Project details include the installation of demountable partitions in private offices, as well as multiple conference rooms with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.

Custom accents ranged from branded graphics on glass doors, partitions and an idea wall, in addition to the use of reclaimed wood in a picture wall, and a branded garden wall to impart the Waste Management brand throughout the office.

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo collaborated with architect Perkins + Will on the project.
