Leopardo Breaks Ground on 526,000-SF Adaptive Reuse of an Existing 16-Story Office Building in Downtown Cleveland
Leopardo recently broke ground on a 526,000-SF adaptive reuse of the 16-story 45 Erieview Plaza office building at East 9th Street and Lakeside Avenue in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The existing building previously served as the headquarters for AT&T and has been vacant since AT&T moved its remaining offices in 2019.
The building will be converted into a residential complex, featuring a total of 367 apartment units, community spaces, retail spaces, fitness area, and a rooftop amenity space with an outdoor pool and hot tub.
“Leopardo is proud to be part of the team to bring life back to this historic building in downtown Cleveland and to help create an environment for residents to live, work, and play,” said Leopardo Senior Vice President Mike Mastin.
Leopardo is working closely with Wolfe Real Estate, Bluelofts, Inc., Sandvick Architects, and Comprehensive Zoning Services to complete the project.
