Leopardo Completes Building Modernization Project at 123 N. Wacker

Leopardo completed a building modernization project at 123 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago. The building is owned by LaSalle Investment Management and recently made headlines as the new location of the Chicago Bears headquarters.

The extensive modernization project was completed in five phases and included renovations to the ground floor main lobby and entrance, renovations and upgrades to the building standard restrooms, elevator lobbies and common corridors, a new tenant amenities floor with conference and lounge facilities and the addition of a 28th-floor roof deck.

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo partnered with Wright Heerema Architects to complete the project.
