Leopardo Hires Seth Erlich to Serve as Vice President of Interiors

Leopardo is proud to announce the addition of Seth Erlich to our team as vice president of tenant interiors. Seth brings with him nearly 30 years of experience working in construction management with 20 years focused on tenant interiors. During his 11-year tenure at J.C. Anderson, he was responsible for managing and mentoring internal project teams and acting as a primary point of contact between J.C. Anderson and its clients. Over his career he has collaborated with globally recognized brands such as Bosch, Hostess, Prudential, Kia, Northern Trust and Morgan Stanley, and built a rich network of industry relationships both in downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

In his new role, Seth will oversee all aspects of Leopardo’s tenant interiors market. He will be responsible for strategy and operations, as well as developing new business relationships while working closely with existing clients and project teams to consistently deliver a quality-driven and client-focused approach.

“We look forward to Seth joining our team; his leadership and experience will further enhance our clients’ experience, cementing Leopardo’s position as a premier tenant interiors contractor,” said Giancarlo Pacini, president of Leopardo.

Leopardo’s tenant interiors market was founded over 25 years ago and remains very active today. Having earned a reputation as the premier and preferred interior contractor in Chicagoland, Leopardo’s interiors market is regularly recognized by peers, clients and the media for its award-winning construction. Among the many accolades and honors, it has been awarded the coveted interior contractor of the year title at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards five times over and has received countless interior project of the year awards from various industry organizations. With a diverse portfolio of successful projects, Leopardo is proud to have partnered with companies like Apple, HNTB, Marcus & Millichap, Wintrust, Edelman, Sonova, GATX, Capgemini, Zebra Technologies, and many more.

Seth’s addition to the team is part of Leopardo’s long-term strategic plan. In addition to expanding its already growing Chicagoland portfolio, Leopardo intends to bring its quality of service and tenant interiors capabilities to clients and project partners nationwide. Leopardo recently opened out-of-state offices in Orlando and Cleveland–two markets with robust pipelines and numerous opportunities for the tenant interiors team.

“I am extremely excited to join Leopardo’s interiors market,” said Seth. “I look forward to leading this group and delivering projects that focus on quality, execution, and client satisfaction.”

Seth is a WELL Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
