Leopardo Begins Work on an Interior Office Refresh for a Premier Business and Technical Analysis Services Corporation

Leopardo Construction recently began work on a 21,000-SF interior office refresh in Oak Brook, Illinois for True Group, a woman-owned information technology and services corporation.

“We are excited to work with the same design team that completed 401 N. Michigan with us last year and are looking forward to another successful project,” said Leopardo Senior Project Manager Paige Jordan.

Construction will entail the renovation of existing space across two floors. This corporate office refresh will transform the space with a new functional layout that will provide staff with an optimal working environment, featuring new lighting, café, and conference rooms. Leopardo will also be installing new flooring, glass fronts, fixtures, and paint.

“We are seeing a trend of increased office reworks and refreshes to accommodate the changing needs of the workforce,” said Leopardo Project Executive Rick Peterson. “Leopardo’s Tenant Interiors group is uniquely positioned to tackle these projects with our fast-track scheduling capabilities, in-house self-performed trades, and overall passion to deliver the highest quality end result.”

Leopardo is working closely with True Group and Charles Vincent George Architects to complete the project.
