Leopardo Project Honored with 2023 HREI Insights Award for Best New Medical Office Building

The recently completed Silver Cross Orland Park Medical Pavilion was honored with the 2023 Healthcare Real Estate Insights (HREI) Insights Award for Best New Medical Office Buildings and Other Outpatient Facilities. The HREI Insights Awards are the only comprehensive national awards program dedicated to recognizing excellence in the areas of healthcare real estate (HRE) development and executive leadership.

Located at the northeast corner of 171st Street and LaGrange Road in Orland Park, the two-story, 42,000-square-foot medical facility includes primary care and specialty care physician offices, comprehensive imaging services, an 18-station infusion center, an endoscopy suite with two procedure rooms, and after-hours care. The building stands adjacent to the new Orland Ridge Towns and Villas, placing it in an ideal location to serve the residents of the community.

Leopardo worked closely with Silver Cross Hospital and Premier Suburban Medical Group (PSMG), as well as architect Jensen & Halstead to complete the project.
