Leopardo Construction is pleased to announce the addition of two new business development directors to its growing team, further strengthening the company’s ability to build meaningful client relationships and pursue strategic growth opportunities across multiple sectors.
Five Leopardo projects have been selected as finalists in an event that celebrates and highlights of all sectors of the commercial real estate industry.
The project will transform the iconic movie site into a youth baseball and softball oasis while maintaining the property as a working farm.
Leopardo, serving as general contractor, collaborated with architect Shive Hattery to complete the project. Additional locations in Illinois, Tennessee and Oklahoma are set to be completed by fall 2019.
The project consisted of a structural renovation and build-out of the 126-year-old historical landmark building.
The project occupies the site of a former Dominick’s, which sat vacant for nearly a decade before Leopardo broke ground.
Leopardo will accept the award at the 11th annual Emerald Awards ceremony, which recognizes outstanding individuals, organizations, projects and technologies.
Leopardo has completed a renovation of the AMC Yorktown 18 featuring AMC Red Kitchen.
Leopardo has announced that construction is complete at Ravenswood Station, a retail center anchored by Mariano’s Fresh Market, LA Fitness and Sears Auto.
