The multiphase renovation at 70 W. Madison St. encompassed three floors, two of which were an expansion, and included a full demolition of the existing space.

The new memory care facility is located in Morris on Park Pointe’s existing campus.

Located at 143rd Street and LaGrange Road, the ambulatory healthcare facility is currently the University of Chicago Medicine’s largest off-campus location.
