Leopardo recently began work on a 29,000-square-foot build-out for global market intelligence agency Mintel’s Americas headquarters in Chicago’s Loop. The project will relocate the firm from its current headquarters at 333 W. Wacker, which was completed by Leopardo in 2013.
Construction will include the building of a four-story, 51,970-SF, 32-unit complex and a six-story, 75,850-SF, 57-unit complex.
Ten60 Bolivar will be a seven-story, 184-unit luxury apartment community with a pool, sun deck, resident lounge, fitness center, and more.
The new facility features offices for the county coroner and pathologist, an investigation and cold case room, as well as an autopsy room and freezer rooms.
The 63-unit apartment building will include a resident lounge and terrace, public parking, and commercial space with outdoor seating.
The new residence will feature 41 one-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom units, and is being financed through low-income tax housing credits.
Josh will oversee daily operations for all construction, project management, and project administration activities within the Florida region.
