The three-building, 70-unit rehabilitation of the Boulevard Apartments complex features apartments ranging from studios to four bedrooms.
The project will consolidate operations under one roof at 120 S. Riverside, which also houses Leopardo’s Chicago office.
The project will feature three, three-story, 11,000-square-foot carriage houses, providing a total of 36 apartment homes.
