Leopardo Completes Building Modernization Project at 123 N. Wacker

In addition to serving as general contractor, Leopardo is also one of the building’s first tenants and is occupying the entire third floor.
The facility includes outpatient surgical suites, clinical office space, more than 65 exam rooms, a full advanced imaging center, physical and occupational therapy spaces, operating and procedure rooms, space for additional diagnostic and treatment services, retail space serving building tenants, as well as an attached 500-space parking deck.
Located at 4022 N. Elston on Chicago’s Northwest side, the library will serve to enrich the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Leopardo-built Will County Public Safety Complex was honored at the American Public Works Association (APWA) awards banquet.
The project will feature renovations and upgrades to 300 rooms and corridors across six floors with all-new finishes, bathroom fixtures and finishes, as well as lighting and doors.

The two-story building is being constructed on a five-acre site located at the southeast corner of Rand and Cuba roads.
The project consisted of a structural renovation and build-out of the 126-year-old historical landmark building.
