The project will feature renovations and upgrades to 300 rooms and corridors across six floors with all-new finishes, bathroom fixtures and finishes, as well as lighting and doors.
Leopardo completed a design-build office and laboratory addition for Silesia Flavors in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Leopardo is pleased to announce that contributions made through the Leopardo Charitable Foundation reached more than $353,000 in 2018.
The new facility will feature department suites for emergency preparedness and response, environmental health and more.
The award is given in recognition of those who consistently demonstrate excellent community leadership through philanthropic events.
The two-story building is being constructed on a five-acre site located at the southeast corner of Rand and Cuba roads.
The project consisted of a structural renovation and build-out of the 126-year-old historical landmark building.
The project included a complete renovation of their existing space along with expansions on the third and fourth floors.
This phased renovation of an existing occupied office space on the 48th floor included demolition, as well as new lighting, carpet and paint throughout.
The design-build renovation and expansion included Whirlpool’s Chicago office and showroom space, with work occurring on three separate floors.
Valent called on Leopardo to build-out its new laboratory and office, as well as consolidate its current workspaces.
