Leopardo recently began work on a 29,000-square-foot build-out for global market intelligence agency Mintel’s Americas headquarters in Chicago’s Loop. The project will relocate the firm from its current headquarters at 333 W. Wacker, which was completed by Leopardo in 2013.
Construction will include the building of a four-story, 51,970-SF, 32-unit complex and a six-story, 75,850-SF, 57-unit complex.
